Blondes really do have more fans

Justine Ezarik describes herself as a ‘new media chick and Apple fan girl’ and is one of the web’s most famous lifecasters, a recent term evolved to define just why and how people become social media whores, broadcasting themselves over the internet.

But the blonde bimbo image that Justine Ezarik presents is, of course, just proof of her intelligence and net strategy. She knows the web, can video edit and runs her own successful blog, vlog and social media profiles – she’s a geek’s wet dream.

Ezarik came to fame with a viral video she made about the absurd 300 page Iphone bill she received. The video garnered over 8 million views and got picked up by the international press. Amusingly enough, Ezarik live-streamed a journalist who was interviewing her at the time.

So, pink phone and blonde hair aside,she’s s a very shrewd cookie and Justine Ezarik on Twitter has over 300,000 followers who listen in to her tweets about the latest geeky streaming events and snippets of her daily life.
